An ML-DSA-65 (FIPS 204) key that signs your launch passports. It proves who launched a token and on which exact terms. It does not make Solana custody quantum-safe — your wallet and tokens still use Ed25519.

limits
- Lose the backup file or its password and the key is gone. Register a new identity; old passports stay verifiable.
- The key protects provenance of passports, not funds. A compromised wallet can still move tokens.
- Standard ML-DSA is stateless, so signing many passports is safe (no one-time leaf state).
